I Cant Open My Car Door From The Inside Or Outside

Do i need to buy a new part or is this an easy fix because i don t want to have to spend a bunch of money on a whole new part. I can not open the door from the inside of my car have to roll the window done 14 answers. My car has 37600 miles.

I have also tried using my key in the keyhole on the outside but still nothing.
